Catering to a range of ages and capabilities, we have classes ranging from strength-based through to wellness training aimed at training your mind as well as the body.

Body Sculpt

A low impact aerobics class focusing on core strength, firming inner and outer thighs and toning the butt. This class also uses exercise bands, dumbbells or a combination of both to achieve an all-over body strengthening workout. great for beginners to intermediate. 

Circuit Training

A circuit based class typically facilitated indoors and combines a mixture of cardio and strength-based exercise. With a key focus on integrated functional movements to assist with everyday movement and strength. Sometimes incorporating interval training along with a variety of other training styles.

Zumba

Forget the workout just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance and fitness party. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high energy Latin and international beats. It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating. 

Gold Active

Seniors class that focuses on cardio fitness which tends to decrease with age. This group workout offers an encouraging and friendly environment that motivates you to achieve and maintain muscle tone.
